reach out
Help me help you. Once you take a minute to fill out my inquiry form with a bit of information, I will reach out to schedule a complimentary 30-minute call where I can ask some of the more "off the cuff" questions and really get to know you. This is also a good opportunity for me to share how I work and for you to ask all the questions that you may have.
step 2:
research
Leave this step completely to me...it's my favorite! I have been around the world a time or two, and I have a lot of specialized partners. During this time (you can expect it to take about a week), I will be pulling together logistics, pricing, accommodations, and a few surprises to share with you in your proposal.
step 3:
loop you in
Now that I have all my ducks in a row, I will send you the proposal. This will include the pricing, the logistics, notes to be aware of, and explanations of why I chose those options specifically based on what you are looking for. If you love it- let's lock it up. If you need tweaks and adjustments- I'm happy to do that too!
step 4:
confirm
The hard work is done. Once you are in love with the itinerary (which is my goal), I will send a link for you to securely deposit your trip. We do offer payment options, depending on how close we are to your departure date. As we get close to your trip, I'll put the finishing touches on your plans and then send you all of the relevant documents needed for your trip. Pop those bubbles- We did it!
